How wonderful that you would like to knit one or perhaps several of my knitting patterns! I truly appreciate that you have chosen to do so, and I send you a big thank you 🫶🏽.

When you purchase a knitting pattern, I completely understand that you want to receive exactly what you've ordered and paid for. To ensure you can start knitting as soon as possible, please make sure—as a customer—to select the correct language and register the correct email address when placing your order.

My goal is for all customers to experience smooth and trouble-free shopping at arnhildskatvedt.com, and I want you as a customer to be satisfied.

Of course, we all make mistakes sometimes, and I fully understand this. I recommend you to place a new order, I will refund the payment for the incorrectly registered order you made the first time. In this case, please notify me by email so that the refund can be processed. Otherwise, I have no possibility of tracking this, as everything is handled automatically through my online shop.

How to Receive Your Knitting Pattern

Below you'll find instructions on how to access your knitting pattern. It is a digital pattern in PDF format that you can download directly onto your own device.

When you purchase a pattern from the online shop, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered email address (make sure your email address is correct— if incorrectly registered, you´ll not receive any confirmation or link to your ordered knitting pattern). Shortly thereafter, you'll receive another email containing a link to your knitting pattern. This email also includes instructions on how to download/save your pattern.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DIGITAL PATTERN DOWNLOADS: You can download the pattern only twice.

Steps for Downloading Your Digital Knitting Pattern:

• Once you've received the email with the download link, click on this link.

• You will then see an option labeled "download / last ned." Click this.

• You will then be asked: "Do you want to download [name of your ordered pattern]?" Click "Download now."

• The pattern will then automatically be saved onto your device—whether it's a mobile phone, Mac, iPad, or another device.

• You will find your downloaded pattern under "Downloads" or "Files" on your device.

If you're unable to locate the downloaded file on your device, I recommend searching online for instructions on how to find downloaded files specific to your device. Please make sure that you immediately download and save the pattern onto your own device after receiving the link.

The email containing the link to your downloadable knitting patterns (in PDF format) is sent automatically from arnhildskatvedt.com.

Regarding downloading, saving, or printing your ordered knitting patterns: Unfortunately, it's difficult for me to know exactly how every device functions. Therefore, I recommend checking instructions or information related specifically to your mobile phone/iPad/Mac/PC or whichever device you're using. This will provide you with the best assistance.
