Sales conditions
When ordering from Arnhild Skatvedt.com, the standard sales conditions for consumers when ordering over the Internet are followed. Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Cancellation Act and the E-commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer inalienable rights. Prices:
All prices are in NOK. (We reserve the right for any errors in prices and stock). The prices include VAT.
If you shop from countries other than Norway, as a foreign customer you do not pay Norwegian VAT on the goods in a online shop in Norway. As a buyer, you must then pay VAT and any customs fees to your own country. It is the customer himself who must ensure this.
Purchase and payment information:
When purchasing at ARNHILD SKATVEDT.com, you can pay with PAYPAL, KLARNA invoice or card payment, VIPPS / MOBILE PAY, VISA, MASTERCARD.
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your safety and security are extremely important to my company. I therefore use partners where this security is taken care of. All card information is stored in accordance with the card company's regulations.
When buying in the online store, the purchase price is reserved on the account until the goods have been packed. When the item has been shipped, your account will be debited.
Patterns:
When you purchase a pattern from Arnhild Skatvedt.com, the pattern will be sent to you as a downloadable file, in PDF format. You will receive an order confirmation by email, which says download. There you see your pattern. When you choose a downloadable pattern, make sure you download it to a separate device you have.
Only for Norwegian customers, you can choose whether you want the pattern in downloadable PDF or you can choose paper (then you will also pay for shipping when you come to payment).
When ordering a pattern, it is the customer yourself who had to ensure that you chooses the right pattern in the right languages.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Since I work as a knitting designer and spend a lot of time creating a pattern, patterns should not be copied, forwarded or shared with others. If you want and are satisfied with the design, please feel free to recommend the design and pattern to others and refer to https://arnhildskatvedt.com/ for purchase there. Thank you in advance!
The patterns are for private use!
For Norwegian customers - Downloadable files in a yarn kit, when you have chosen the pattern as a downloadable file in a yarn kit, you must pay for the downloadable file (as it has already been sent to your email address when it was ordered).
Right of withdrawal for downloadable recipes / digital products PDF file:
Downloadable files; there is no cancellation period/right of cancellation on downloadable files. You will not be refunded for downloadable files.
Delivery:
For Norwegian customers. All delivery / shipping takes place with Posten Norge/Bring. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given when ordering the item is correct.
You have FREE shipping from NOK 1,200, - this applies to packages to a pick-up point with tracking, a parcel machine or a package in a letterbox that is without tracking (if the package is within the weight and dimensions for a package in a letterbox). If you as a customer want to have a package delivered to your door, it is not under the FREE shipping category. The customer then pays for the selected shipping option himself.
The various shipping options you can choose from are:
Package in the mailbox, without tracking fixed shipping price NOK 89 (2 - 3 day delivery by post, depending on which postal address you have. May take several delivery days).
Parcel to collection point or to parcel box, with tracking fixed price NOK 130, (1 - 2 day delivery by post, depending on which postal address you have.)
Package delivered to the door, with tracking fixed price NOK 160, (1 - 2 day delivery by post. Depending on which postal address you have.)
You will receive an e-mail with an order update and information about the tracking number if the package is for collection, a parcel machine or delivered to your home. On Posten's App, you will also receive a notification/message and be able to track your package.
The packing of any order depends on the time of day the order is made, as well as weekdays or holidays. You will receive an e-mail which is a confirmation to your order.
If the item is damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the seller as soon as possible and preferably on the day of arrival via e-mail.
Missing item:
For Norwegian customers. I have good experience with Posten / Bring as a supplier. If a package has not arrived by the expected time, please contact us by e-mail post@arnhildskatvedt.no
Packages are only requested after 14 days from dispatch. Then I contact income protection at Posten, who are looking for packages. You may want to contact your local post office in store to see if your package is there.
For undelivered packages that are sent back (not redeemed), the customer will be debited for shipping/return shipping as well as a service fee of NOK 150 ex.VAT.
Return of any items you have order:
For Norwegian customers If you want to return an item, the customer pays for the return shipping themselves. When returning goods, attach the completed Right of Withdrawal Form to or send digitally to e-mail.
The customer ensures that the item is sent to the correct address. When the return of the item has been received, you will receive an email and order update on how you will be refunded for the item or if you
Cancellation and complaints:

Right of withdrawal:
According to the Norwegian Purchase Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period when you shop online. This only applies to the entire yarn kit, and other things included in the yarn package. If you have only ordered yarn, only whole skeins can be returned.
The item must be returned in the condition it was in when it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Contact Arnhild Skatvedt by e-mail post@arnhildskatvedt.no and you will be sent an Appeal Form.
