Pattern for Sommertid Jumper 2.0 

 

The name of this design, Summertid - means summer time. So this is the perfect knit for your summer knitting. If you also like those tiny stripes,  just get the right yarn and start knitting. 

The jumper is worked in rounds on a circular needle, while front and back piece are worked flat, as well as the ribbings at the sleeves. In the pattern, the jumper is worked with double thread VESLE yarn. If you want to work a shorter/ longer jumper, adjust the length, before you divide the body into front and back piece.

Yarn: 

VESLE (100% ecologic cotton – 180 m/ 50 g) by Solberg Spinderi. Yarn Weight Fingering

Size S 400 g main color, 100 g stripe color

Size M 500 g main color, 100 g stripe color

Size L 600 g main color, 100 g stripe color

 

Recommended needles: 4,5 mm circular needle and 4 mm for ribbings – the needle size is just a recommendation

Gauge: 19 stitches x 27 rows in stockinette stitch on needle 4,5 mm = approx. 10 cm x 10 cm.
