Når du bestiller strikkeoppskrift

When you purchase a knitting pattern

Dear Knitter 💌

I’m so happy that you want to knit one — or maybe several — of my patterns! It truly means a lot to me that you’ve chosen my designs, and I want to send you a big heartfelt thank you 🫶🏽

When you order a pattern, I completely understand that you want to receive what you’ve paid for as quickly as possible. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please double-check that you select the correct language and enter the correct email address when placing your order. That way, you’ll be able to start knitting right away.

My goal is for every customer to have a pleasant and easy experience when shopping at arnhildskatvedt.com, and for you to feel happy and confident with your purchase.

Of course, everyone can make a mistake — and that’s perfectly fine! If you accidentally choose the wrong language or enter an incorrect email address, simply place a new order for the same pattern. Once that’s done, I’ll refund the incorrect order. Please send me a short email to let me know, so I can process the refund. Since everything is handled automatically by the webshop system, I won’t be able to see it unless you notify me.

How to receive your knitting pattern

Your knitting pattern is a digital file (PDF format) that you can download to your own device — whether it’s your phone, iPad, Mac, or computer.

When your order is completed, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation by email. In that email, you’ll find a download link — a blue button that says “DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES.”

Please make sure you enter your email address correctly. If the address is incorrect, you will not receive the confirmation email or the link to your pattern.

Please note that you can download your knitting pattern from two devices only.

General information about digital knitting patterns from ArnhildSkatvedt.com

  • All digital patterns are delivered as PDF files.

  • You’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase.

  • In that email, look for the text “DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES.” Click there, and you’ll be taken to the download page.

  • You’ll see the image and name of your pattern, along with a downward arrow. Click the arrow to download — the file will automatically be saved on your device (phone, Mac, iPad, or computer).

  • You can also download the pattern directly from the webshop once your order is completed.

  • If you create a customer account, you’ll have access to your orders and digital patterns (available for orders placed after July 28, 2025).

  • The patterns you’ve purchased will appear as digital files in your account. At the bottom left, you’ll see a blue link that says “VIEW ALL DOWNLOADS.”

  • It’s recommended to download your pattern right after purchase. Please note that the download link is active for 30 days from the date of your order.

  • If you see a message saying “IP Limit reached” or “The IP address access limit has been reached”, it means that your pattern has already been opened from two IP addresses, which is the limit. Try opening it again from the same device you used when placing your order.

A few important notes

The email containing your download link is sent automatically from the webshop system at arnhildskatvedt.com — not by me personally.

When it comes to downloading, saving, or printing your pattern, please note that every device works a little differently. If you’re unsure how to handle files on your phone, iPad, Mac, or computer, I recommend checking your device’s help pages or user guide — that’s where you’ll find the best advice.

If you don’t find the email with your download link in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it sometimes ends up there.

I’m here to help 🌸

If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’ll be happy to help you.

With warm wishes,
Arnhild

🧶 Happy knitting — and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
