Right of withdrawal: Under the Norwegian Sales Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. This applies to physical goods only. If anything is unclear, please contact us by email.

Downloadable files – once you have selected the pattern as a downloadable file, you must pay for the file. It has already been sent to your email address when the order was placed. Customers will not be refunded for digital products.

Right of withdrawal for downloadable patterns / digital products PDF file: Downloadable files; there is no cancellation period/right of withdrawal for digital knitting patterns / downloadable files. Customer will not be refunded for downloadable files. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct language, pattern, and providing the correct email address for their order. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), provided that the customer has consented to immediate delivery at the time of purchase.
