Refund policy

ONLY IF YOU ORDER FROM NORWAY!

If you wish to return an item, the customer pays for the return themselves. When returning an item, send an e-mail to post@arnhildskatvedt.no - then a digital right of withdrawal form will be sent to your e-mail.

The customer ensures that the item is sent to the correct address. When the return of the item has been received, you will receive an email and order update on how you will be refunded for the item.
