Refund policy

Return of item:

Digital products (downloadable knitting patterns in PDF format) are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. By purchasing digital content, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately and that the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses from the moment the PDF file is available for download.

This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m). Refunds are not given for downloaded digital products.
