Sales conditions
When ordering from Arnhild Skatvedt.com, the standard sales conditions for consumers when ordering over the Internet are followed. Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Cancellation Act and the E-commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer inalienable rights. Prices:
All prices are in NOK. (We reserve the right for any errors in prices and stock). The prices include VAT.
If you shop from countries other than Norway, as a foreign customer you do not pay Norwegian VAT on the goods in a online shop in Norway. As a buyer, you must then pay VAT and any customs fees to your own country. It is the customer himself who must ensure this.
Purchase and payment information:
When purchasing at ARNHILD SKATVEDT.com, you can pay with PAYPAL, KLARNA invoice or card payment, VIPPS / MOBILE PAY, VISA, MASTERCARD.
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your safety and security are extremely important to my company. I therefore use partners where this security is taken care of. All card information is stored in accordance with the card company's regulations.
When buying in the online store, the purchase price is reserved on the account until the digital pattern / pdf fil is sent to your email. When the pdf file has been sent, your account will be debited.
Digital Knitting patterns:
All digital products are sold as downloadable files and are delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they understand that the right of withdrawal lapses upon immediate delivery of digital content, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
For digital products (downloadable knitting patterns in PDF format), specific rules apply in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. See the separate terms for digital products below.
When ordering a pattern, it is the customer yourself who had to ensure that you chooses the right pattern in the right languages.
Important Information About Downloading and Saving Your Pattern
After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to your pattern.
It is important that you download and save the PDF file to your own device as soon as possible. The pattern is not automatically stored in the webshop.
The download link does not work as a library or a permanent pattern archive. The link will not last forever. This is why downloading and saving the pattern to your own phone, tablet, or computer is very important.
For security reasons, there is a limit to how many devices/IP addresses can be used to open the pattern. The pattern can be opened from a maximum of four different devices/IP addresses. If you see the message “IP limit reached”, this limit has been reached.
To access the pattern again, you must open it from one of the devices you have previously used. You must then download and save the PDF file to your own device.
Once the PDF file has been downloaded and saved on your own device, you will have access to your pattern in the future. You can also print the pattern if you wish. Instructions for printing can be found on the device you are using. Unfortunately, I do not know which device you have.

How to Find and Download Your Pattern
- Open the order confirmation email from arnhildskatvedt.com with the subject line “Your order Confirmed”.
- Click the blue button “Download your files”.
- On the next page, you will see information about downloading your files. Scroll further down the page.
- When you see the name of the pattern you purchased, click the download icon (downward arrow) to the right of the file name.
- The pattern will open or download as a PDF file.
Important: You must download and save the PDF file to your own phone, tablet, or computer. The download link is not a permanent library and will expire. To ensure you can access your pattern in the future, please save the PDF file on your own device.
Can't find the order confirmation email in your inbox? Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as the email may sometimes be filtered there.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Since I work as a knitting designer and spend a lot of time creating a pattern, patterns should not be copied, forwarded or shared with others. If you want and are satisfied with the design, please feel free to recommend the design and pattern to others and refer to https://arnhildskatvedt.com/ for purchase there. Thank you in advance!
The patterns are for private use!
Right of withdrawal for downloadable recipes / digital products PDF file: Downloadable files; there is no cancellation period/right of withdrawal for digital knitting patterns / downloadable files. You will not be refunded for downloadable files. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), provided that the customer has consented to immediate delivery at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct language and pattern for their order, and for providing the correct email address.
Complaints: The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). In the event of a complaint, contact post@arnhildskatvedt.no
Right of withdrawal: Under the Norwegian Sales Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. This applies to physical goods only.
For digital products (downloadable knitting patterns in PDF format), the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun, provided that the customer has consented to this at the time of purchase, cf. EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
